Established in 1969 by Robert Rondano and his father Marcello, North Ridge Associates, Inc. included the skills of Robert Rondano Jr. since 1988. Over the years, North Ridge Associates, Inc. has constructed over 140 custom and luxury homes in the Stamford area. Together, M. Rondano, Inc and North Ridge Associates are responsible for the development and building of several prestigious subdivisions such as those found on Heming Way, Stone Fence Lane, Blackberry Drive, Jonathon Drive, Woodbine Way, Rockrimmon Road, West Trail Road, and Deer Meadow Lane. To this day, North Ridge Associates, Inc. distinguishes itself with a proud tradition of personal service while providing outstanding quality and homeowner satisfaction.
